FAQ’s
Not yet available Why should I make an online enquiry? Not yet available
This vastly speeds up the booking process. It also allows you to make an enquiry at any time and you can check all your bookings online. It allows you to take your time and allows you to go through the information of your booking and of our services as a renal unit at your own pace.
How long will it take for someone to respond to my enquiry?
Online enquiries will be checked at the end of every working day by a member of staff and so we endeavour to have contacted you back within 24 hours. But rest assure that if you have entered in all the right information and were able to pick the dates you requested, then they will be marked as occupied and reserved for you. This process helps make online bookings the best and fastest route to a successful booking with us.
Why do you ask for my hospital details and next of kin when making an enquiry?
This information that you provide for us is standard procedure with any renal unit. We ask for it in advanced in our online booking enquiries to save us having to receive it off you at a later date. It also means that should you decide to visit again, we would already have your personal information stored on our computer system which would help save you time on that next booking.
Do rest assured that this information is kept confidential and has limited access by certain members of staff. (click here to view our privacy policy).
What happens after I have been contacted and a booking has been made?
The important medical forms that must be submitted to KC Dialysis Centre will be faxed to your renal unit (if a fax number is provided to us), posted or emailed to you. You must have these forms filled out and signed by your dialysis nurse or your doctor. These forms can either be sent back to us via fax, post or email.
Please note that if we do not receive this information before your first session, then we cannot commence dialysis treatment.
